我们是TikTok的稳定性保障团队，主要职责是确保TikTok对外提供的服务高可靠、低延迟。对于任何一个复杂系统而言，稳定性保障是一个复杂且系统性的工作。 我们致力于以数据驱动的方式自动化、智能化解决系统故障，致力于端到端优化系统架构。 在这里，你可以：

• 优化研发全流程质量和流程，深入研究如何提升代码质量，自动化进行测试及发布
• 优化TikTok核心功能的架构，设计更稳定更具有扩展性的业务架构和容灾方案，确保功能端到端的稳定性

服务端资深研发工程师/架构师

职位描述:

• 负责抖音&TikTok核心功能架构优化，设计高可用、高性能、高可维护的系统，保障核 心功能稳定性;
• 针对核心功能设计并实现端到端全链路的稳定性保障体系。

职位要求:

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业;
2. 有高并发/复杂业务系统/服务治理等相关工作经验;
3. 熟练掌握一门后端编程语言，例如Python/Go/Java/PHP/C/C++;
4. 积极乐观，责任心强，自驱;

Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• The optimization of TikTok’s core function architecture, designing a highly available, high performance, and highly maintainable system to ensure the stability of core functions;
• Design and achieve the guarantee system of end-to-end full-link stability for the core functions

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical background involving software/system engineering, or equivalent working experience.
2. Good programming experience with high concurrency/complex business system/service management
3. Proficient in at least one of the following backend languages: C/C++/Java/Go/Python/Shell/PHP
4. Positive and optimistic, strong sense of responsibility, self-driven, serious, good team communication and collaboration skills

Tech Lead Manager

Responsibility:

• The construction of TikTok high-availability system
• Design and implementation of online high web traffic and concurrency systems
• Technical team building, business control, team management and members training.

Qualification:

1. 5+ years of work experience;
2. Have a solid programming ability, excellent design and code taste;
3. Deep understanding of computer principles, good data structure and algorithm foundation;
4. Experience in high concurrency service design and implementation is preferred;
5. Experience in microservice governance and high-availability system construction is preferred;

Senior SRE Engineer

Responsibilites:

• Ensure the online stability of the core system such as TikTok/Live, quickly respond to online accidents and build mechanisms and platforms to improve processing efficiency.
• Participate in the construction of operation and maintenance tools and platforms, and promote the automation of operation and maintenance.
• Find system weaknesses and improve projects on the ground through continuous and comprehensive data operations (including availability indicators, historical accidents, resource utilization, etc.),
• Accumulate best practices in operation and maintenance, provide guidance for business architecture design and component selection, and output operation and maintenance technical documents;
• Promote the improvement of service reliability, scalability and performance optimization to ensure system SLA.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science;
2. Solid basic knowledge of computer software; understand the relevant principles of Linux operating system, storage, network IO, etc.;
3. Familiar with one or more programming languages, such as Python/Go/Java/PHP/C/C++;
4. Have the ability to solve problems systematically, good communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility

服务端资深工程-工程质量

职位描述

• 负责抖音&TikTok服务端质量与效率工具开发，通过有效的工具、有效的指标衡量并提 高整体工程质量(代码质量、测试质量、上线质量等)
• 负责质量度量平台的建设，对工程质量各个部分进行量化，并指导相关质量建设
• 负责工程质量方向团队建设和方向规划

职位要求

1. 本科及以上学历，技术基础扎实，精通至少一门开发语言(Golang、Python、Java、C/C++等)
2. 有大型移动互联网服务端开发、测试开发经验，对工程质量有深入理解
3. 熟悉研发流程、工程质量优先
4. 具有通过工具、平台提升研发质量的意识和能力

服务端资深工程师-服务治理

职位描述

• 负责带领团队打造业界领先的服务治理体系
• 负责设计一体化的服务治理平台，打通监控、报警、处理、验证环节
• 基于业务和用户使用场景，进行深入优化，提供系统性、智能化服务治理解决方案
• 工作内容包括但不限于:自适应过载保护、强弱依赖自动识别&验证系统、混沌工程、 自动降级平台、智能超时分析&设置

职位要求

1. 有丰富的分布式系统、中间件、大规模微服务治理相关工作经验
